Close out your day with an hour of yoga to calm the body and mind.  A Kripalu-style gentle class that’s meditative and soothing, allowing for release of muscular tension.  Simple postures to build stability and breath work to calm the nervous system.  A slower practice to encourage proper alignment and cultivate self-awareness.  Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
