I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does your job or your relationships cause you stress? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Does what you eat make you feel sluggish and foggy? Do you lack purpose and joy in your life? Are you working against harmony and natures changes? As we work together, we uncover how all parts of your life affect your overall wellness.
As your wellness advocate, I will not dictate a diet for you or an exercise plan, or tell you what to do with your life. Together we will explore your lifestyle and life practices. We’ll co-create your health and wellness intentions. This might include meditation, Ayurveda self-care, getting curious with what brings you joy and how to play, investigating the qualities of the self, your mindset and beliefs, looking at your relationships and how they impact your health, exploring food choices and home cooking and how to strategically use all this feedback. We’ll also explore physical activity that fits into your lifestyle and is enjoyable. We’ll look at ways to manage emotions and ground yourself so that you feel positive about your program.
Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. Let’s determine your wellness “why” and take the next right step to waking up, cleaning up, and showing up more vibrantly and aligned.
