Whether you want to explore physical poses or relax and release mind chatter, yoga is for you.
Ideally yoga is free from strain. No pose should stress joints or put you at risk of injury. You are encouraged to “listen to your own body”. Modifications to poses are encouraged to allow for a balance of ease and effort. Each practice is tailored to explore the body, increase flexibility, avoid discomfort and find peace - mind, body, and spirit.
