Private Yoga Instruction

Private sessions are an opportunity to assess your unique body in relation to postural yoga, your understanding of body alignment and movement, energy flow and breathing techniques to calm the mind and body.  Private sessions are ideal if you are:

  • new to yoga

  • recovering from an injury

  • wanting a deeper meditation practice

  • dealing with stress, anxiety, sadness or grief

  • seeking individual attention and exploration of postures

  • desiring the convenience of practicing in your own home

Yoga For You

Whether in person* or virtually, get all of your questions answered and explore how to safely and effectively practice yoga based on your individual pace and postural needs.  I will perform a postural assessment focusing on Kinetic chain points and develop a yoga practice specific to your unique physical and mental needs, allowing mind and body to get quiet and work towards self-regulation I(homeostasis).

Working with me will help you feel more comfortable, informed and at ease in your mind and body.

Fee: $125 single introductory session 90 minutes to explore mutual synergy.

Customized packages available upon request. All privates sessions are 75 minutes.

1 to 5 single private sessions: $100 each

6 weeks, once a week, 6 sessions: $550; 6 weeks, twice a week, 12 sessions: $950

*Due to the pandemic, I will wear a face mask and practice mindful hand sanitizing during all in person sessions.
