Self Care For Seniors

Participants are invited to improve their health and reduce stress through connection, movement, creative expression and relaxation.  This week-by-week series is available to community centers, senior living communities, wellness centers and more.  Studies show that recreational opportunities and new experiences enrich the mind, body and spirit, especially when offered in an open, safe and accepting atmosphere.

  8. Adaptive Chair Yoga

A minimum of four selections are required for a series. Descriptions of each module available upon request. Grants available.

* These sessions will be temporarily held over Zoom for the safety of all participants. Material for Coloring Mandalas can be emailed or mailed.
